Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center, in collaboration with local non-profit organization and the cities of Brent and Centerville, hosts a motorcycle tour and Warrior Wellness Day
Ride to Combat PTSD: Riders will meet at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center beginning at 8:00 a.m. Racks will line up at 9:00 a.m. to begin the ride to Bibb County.
Warrior Wellness Day: Begins at 10:00 a.m. at Heritage Park in Brent, AL. The event includes remarks from city and VA officials, special appearances by former American Idol contestant Casey Thrasher, and more. The event also includes wellness resources for military members, veterans, and their families, as well as fun family activities, food trucks, and more!
If you would like to participate in the motorcycle ride, which begins at 9:00 a.m., you can register in advance online at www.motorcycletherapy.org/ride or register in person at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center, 3701 Loop Road East, beginning at 8:00 a.m. the day of the event.
Everyone is invited to attend Warrior Wellness Day beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Heritage Park, 684 Heritage Park Drive Brent, AL 35034.
