Colin from Accounting The UK premiere date for season two has finally been confirmed and fans won’t have to wait long to see it back on the BBC.
The second season of the Australian comedy aired Down Under in May, and it has now been announced that it will air on BBC Two on Tuesday, September 3.
As is often the case these days, the entire second season will also be available as a boxset on BBC iPlayer from the same day. Just like season 1, there are eight episodes of around 30 minutes each, so you can easily binge through them all in one day if you fancy it.

To whet your appetite, the BBC has also released a new trailer. It’s quite short, but we get to see more of Colin and the dog looking cute, a quick glimpse of the always hilarious and embarrassingly relatable “meet the parents” scenario, and a not-too-enthusiastic “yes” from Ashley when Gordon asks if they’re OK. The tension could be broken with a boomerang.
Patrick Brammall and Harriet Dyer, the show’s creators, main characters and real-life couple, said in a statement ahead of the Australian premiere of Season 2: “Season 1 went better than expected, so we hope we don’t mess it up this time.”

“We’re thrilled to be back playing Ashley and Gordon, running amok on the streets of Sydney. We’re just sad to have to leave our real dog behind in America. It’s not quite in keeping with the spirit of the show, but here we are.”
Don’t worry, US fans, you won’t have to wait too long either. The series will return on September 26th on the streaming service Paramount+..
Colin from Accounting Season 2 will first air on BBC Two and will be available in full on iPlayer on 3 September.
