Skai Jackson is back on social media after her arrest on suspicion of domestic violence.
On Friday, August 16, the 22-year-old former Disney star shared a video on TikTok of herself standing outside a mall with a large Givenchy shopping bag in her hand.
“Don’t rely on a man in any way,” she said in the clip as she slapped her bag and turned away from the camera. “Period!”
Jackson wore a grey tracksuit and had a second, smaller bag with him.
“The rich and expensive way! Add me on Snapchat Skaijackk for more,” she captioned the post.

The Jessie The actress was arrested on August 8 at Universal Studios in California, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department previously confirmed to PEOPLE.
Police went to the theme park after security personnel arrested Jackson on site, the spokesman said. Officers investigating the incident reviewed surveillance footage that showed Jackson pushing the victim.
There were no weapons involved and there were no visible injuries, the sheriff’s department said. Jackson was taken to the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station and released a few hours later.
TMZ later reported that prosecutors said there was not enough evidence to take the case to trial, so charges against Jackson were dropped.
The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for information.

Jackson previously played Zuri Ross in Jessie and its spinoff PrayedIn 2019 she published her book Reach for the Skai: How to Inspire, Empower and Support and appeared on Dancing with the stars in 2020.
She recently posted on Instagram about her upcoming horror film The man in the white vanwhich she promoted at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. The film is scheduled to hit theaters on October 11th.
