Greed, tricks, family feuds and power games are the core messages of Kingsmen Entertainment’s latest comedy: Move Like a Boss.

In order to save her father’s company from the hands of his greedy siblings, Joko has no choice but to impersonate him and assert her authority.

Featuring an all-star cast led by Nancy Isime (Joko) and directed by Ekene Mekwunye, the film navigates the complex terrain of family betrayal and corporate intrigue.

It tells the story of Joko Adeyanju, who faces the daunting task of outsmarting her father’s greedy siblings as they attempt to take control of his multi-billion dollar company.

The film captures her journey of cunning and resilience, but it’s not enough to think like a man, Joko must act like a boss.

The film stars Nancy Isime as Joko Adeyanju and also features well-known Nollywood actors including Yemi Solade, Jayeola Monje, Victor Osuagwu, Moyo Lawal, IK Ogbonna and MC Lively, who adds a humorous touch to the narrative.

Speaking during the premiere of the film at the Ebony Life Place, Victoria Island, Lagos, Assistant Director Inaolaji Oluwadarasimi described the film as a fantastic project with many lessons to learn.

“When I read the script, I felt it was going to be a challenge. Getting one actor to play two different roles required extra effort. There is a part of the film where there are a lot of disguises and we have to make the actors react differently at different times. This film is about envy and jealousy. The story is relatable as family members covet their brother’s property.”
