- Keir J. Norwell, 61, of the 700 block of W. Couch Place, Chicago, is charged with speeding and driving under the influence and was arrested near Lake Cook and Portwine streets at 10:11 p.m. on Aug. 9. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 11.
- JeDauri R. Robinson, 26, of Madison, Wisconsin, is charged with speeding and driving under the influence and was arrested near Lake Cook and Portwine roads at 3:44 a.m. on August 11. She was released and assigned a court date of September 11.
- Jasmine K. Woodall, 33, of the 700 block of Prescott Street in Waukegan, had a Lake County warrant for failure to appear on a DUI case. She was arrested at 9:08 p.m. on July 24 near the 900 block of Saunders Road. She was also charged with speeding.
