DAYTONA BEACH, Florida. – James Beard-nominated Concentrics Restaurants group is launching a new restaurant in Central Florida.
Cast & Crew is scheduled to open in September at the new Renaissance Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel at 640 North Atlantic Ave.
The restaurant will bring over 100 jobs to the region, as the team will also be responsible for the hotel’s entire food and beverage operations, including banquet operations, said a spokesman for the restaurant group.

“The variety of guest offerings, ranging from full-service cabanas to event lawns that can accommodate over 200 people, is unparalleled in the market. The idea is that this will be a dining and event destination in the Southeast for decades to come,” said Bob Amick, owner of Concentrics Restaurants, in a press release.
The cast and crew menu has not yet been announced, but it will serve premium seafood, according to the company, which calls it “from the tide to the table.”
“We strive for fish dishes that highlight the quality of the product. It’s not about all the different things we do with the fish – it starts with the quality of the fish,” a spokesperson for Concentrics Restaurants said in a prepared statement.
Cast & crew will have both indoor and outdoor seating. There will be a chef’s table, an oyster bar and of course seating overlooking the pool and ocean. According to a press release, there will be dinner daily, breakfast on weekdays and brunch on weekends.
This is now the restaurant group’s ninth location in the state, according to Brand websiteThe Atlanta-based group has brought award-winning restaurants to Central Florida, including Prato and Luma on the Park in Winter Park.
