It’s almost time for NBA basketball again.
NBA fans were spoiled during the 2024 offseason, as Summer League action led directly into an unforgettable few weeks of international competition that culminated in the gold medal game at the Olympics. Now the focus turns to the upcoming NBA season.
After some key dates for the 2024-25 season were announced, NBA fans are eagerly awaiting the release of the 82-game schedule for all 30 teams.

When will the NBA schedule be released?
The NBA has not yet announced when the schedule for the 2024-25 season will be released. The full NBA Cup schedule will be released on Tuesday, August 13.
It is worth noting that last year, the schedule for the 2023-24 season was released on Thursday, August 17, 2023. The year before that, the NBA released the full schedule for the 2022-23 season on August 17, 2022.
According to precedent, the release of the full schedule for the 2024–25 NBA season is imminent.
In addition to the official announcement of the NBA Cup, the schedule for Opening Night of the 2024–25 season and Christmas Day was also reportedly announced.
